The art of mastery,
quietly perfected.
Raiyan Academy is a private institution where ambition is treated as a craft. For eleven years, our atelier has shaped engineers, designers and founders across sixty-two countries.
Eleven years.
Sixty-two countries.
One philosophy.
Founded in a single Dhaka studio in 2014 by a group of senior engineers who left their corporate posts to teach what they wished they had been taught — Raiyan Academy began as an act of quiet rebellion against mass-produced education.
Today, our cohorts are sealed at twenty-four students. Each is paired with three mentors. Every program ends with a defended capstone, a published portfolio and an introduction to our hiring partners across South Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America. We are not the largest academy. We do not aspire to be. We are the most considered — and our alumni network is our quiet proof.
From our flagship campus in Gulshan to our partner studios in Dubai and London, every detail — from the leather-bound coursebooks to the private Slack lounges — is designed to remind you that mastery is a practice, not an event.
The four pillars of Raiyan
Master Mentorship
One-to-one guidance from industry titans hand-picked from Google, Meta and Adobe — never more than 12 students per cohort.
Atelier Curriculum
Each program is sculpted around a flagship capstone: a real product, a real client, a real shipping date.
Global Faculty
Live sessions from London, Singapore, Dubai and Toronto — a curriculum that breathes the air of every continent.
Lifetime Membership
Once a Raiyan student, always a Raiyan student. Unlimited access to future updates, alumni circles and private events.
A quiet network, whispered between continents.
Our alumni hold roles at Google, Meta, Stripe, Spotify, Bjorn Borg, Grameenphone, bKash and over four hundred other organizations. Many have founded companies of their own — twenty-three have crossed the one-million-dollar revenue mark in the past three years alone.

Words from our circle
Raiyan didn't teach me to code. It taught me to think like an architect of systems.

The atelier model spoiled me forever. Generic bootcamps now feel like fast food.

We don't graduate students. We graduate practitioners with portfolios that speak louder than résumés.
